Processing Times
Orders placed Mon–Fri before 2pm: usually dispatched the same day.
Orders after 2pm, weekends & public holidays: dispatched the next working day.
You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
UK Delivery Options
Standard (2–4 working days) — £3.99 (Free on orders over £50)
Express (1–2 working days) — £5.99
Next Working Day — £6.99 (order by 2pm)
Remote areas may take longer. Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide with trusted carriers.
Europe: from £14.99, 4–7 working days
Rest of World: from £24.99, 5–10 working days
Customs, duties and taxes may apply in the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Your tracking link will be emailed once your parcel is scanned by the carrier. If it hasn’t arrived within the timeframes above, please contact our team at [info@mclanee.uk] with your order number.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
Need to correct an address? Contact us ASAP after ordering—changes aren’t guaranteed once an order is processed.
If a delivery attempt fails or a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll arrange a re-delivery (additional postage may apply).
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your McLanee purchase, but if it’s not quite right, returning is easy.
Return Window
30-day returns from the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, with all tags/labels attached, and in original packaging.
For orders placed online, you also have a 14-day cancellation period from the day after delivery to let us know you wish to cancel. Please return the goods within the following 14 days.
What Can’t Be Returned
Personalised or monogrammed items
Gift cards
Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume/makeup transfer, or missing components
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe your item is faulty or arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and your order number. We’ll organise a replacement or refund in line with UK consumer protections.
How to Start a Return

We’ll reply with a Return Authorisation and instructions.
Pack your item securely. Include your RA number inside the parcel.

Return Postage
UK returns: £3.99 deducted from your refund if you use our prepaid label, or use your own courier.
International returns: return shipping at your cost unless the item is faulty.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
Exchanges
Want a different colour or style? Request an exchange in your email. We’ll reserve the replacement (subject to stock) and ship it once your return is received and approved. If unavailable, we’ll process a refund.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
Your bank or card provider may take an additional 2–5 working days to show the funds.
Gifts
If you received an item as a gift, we can issue a gift credit to the original purchaser’s account or arrange an exchange. Please include the order number where possible.
Packaging & Condition Guidelines
To help us process your return quickly:
Use the original packaging where possible.
Keep dust bags, straps, tags, authenticity cards and any accessories together.
Do not apply tape or labels directly to branded boxes.

Changed your mind? If your order hasn’t been dispatched, contact us quickly and we’ll try to cancel it. If it’s already on the way, please follow the returns process above.
